The RMV's closest to Bedford are in Lowell & Wilmington.

None of the RMV branches have Saturday hours.
The student can get a free copy of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Driver’s Manual at the RMV and study on his own. The manual is also available on line at Massrmv.
Completion of a licensed Professional Driver’s Education program is required of all Class D & M license applicants under the age of 18 in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please see www.mass.gov/rmv/driversed/requirements.htm for current information.
